Exscribe Mobile EHR also provides clinical users with secure, remote access to their patients' charts with access to the following:

• Viewing and modifying the patient's status and room assignment
• Capturing photos of patients and the conditions
• Reconciling patient allergies, medications, and conditions
• Reviewing patient entered vital signs
• Reviewing and changing key patient demographics
• Reviewing a patient's chart
• Annotating or signing patient notes and attachments
• Distributing patient educational materials
• Handwritten notes on diagrams and documents

We correct an issue when the patient's Communication Options aren't selected on the Demographics form, the option was getting set to "No email" instead of no selection.
